Caleb Williams attended Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C. He graduated early from Gonzaga to enroll at the University of Oklahoma in the spring of 2021. During his time at Gonzaga, he was highly decorated, earning honors such as the Washington D.C. Gatorade Player of the Year and playing a pivotal role in winning the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference Championship in 2018. He was recognized as the top quarterback in his class before committing to Oklahoma.
