Charlie Kirk met his wife, Erika Kirk (formerly Erica Frantzve), at Bill's Burgers restaurant in New York City in 2018. Their initial meeting started as a job interview, during which Charlie asked Erika questions about philosophy, religion, and Jesus. He soon realized she was beautiful, smart, elegant, and Christ-like, and decided to ask her out instead of continuing with the job interview. This meeting marked the beginning of their relationship. Charlie proposed to Erika in December 2020, and they married in May 2021 in Arizona.
