Delta University for Science and Technology is located on the Mediterranean coast in Gamasa, Dakahlia Governorate, Egypt. It is situated on the International Coastal Road and lies roughly 50 km from Mansoura, 20 km from New Damietta, 50 km from Kafr el-Sheikh, and 100 km from Tanta. The university is in the Egyptian Delta region, conveniently positioned between four provinces: Dakahlia, Kafr El-Sheikh, Elgharbia, and Damietta. It was founded in 2007 and is recognized as the first private university in the Egyptian Delta and Lower Egypt.
