Hickman County is located in the middle of Tennessee, about an hour southwest of Nashville. The county seat is Centerville, which lies at the center of the county. The county features rolling hills, farmland, and the Duck River flowing through it. It covers a total area of 613 square miles, mostly land. Hickman County is part of the Nashville metropolitan area and is known for outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and enjoying the natural beauty of the rivers and parks.
