The next men's Rugby World Cup will be held in Australia from October 1 to November 13, 2027. This will be the 11th edition of the tournament and the first to be branded as the Men's Rugby World Cup. The tournament will expand to 24 teams and will be hosted across seven cities: Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, Sydney, and Townsville

. The opening match and ceremony will take place at Perth Stadium, while the final, semi-finals, and bronze final will be held at Stadium Australia in Sydney

. Additionally, the next women's Rugby World Cup after 2025 (hosted by England) will be in Australia in 2029, and the USA will host the men's Rugby World Cup in 2031
