You can return your AT&T equipment in the following ways:
- At a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center: Bring your AT&T equipment along with your nine-digit AT&T account number. FedEx Office will pack and ship the equipment back to AT&T for you. Note that only FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers accept AT&T returns; other FedEx locations like FedEx Freight or FedEx OnSite inside Walgreens do not
- At a UPS Store: Similarly, you can take your unboxed equipment and your AT&T account number to a UPS Store. They will pack and ship it for you. Make sure to explicitly tell them you are doing an AT&T equipment return. You do not need to bring a shipping label or prepackage the equipment yourself
- At an AT &T Store: You can also return equipment directly to your nearest AT&T retail store during your return or change period. This is a quick option if you prefer in-person return
Important details:
- Return the equipment within 21 days after service disconnection or change to avoid penalty fees
- Bring the equipment along with its power supply, but do not return any equipment mounted on walls or items you own like extenders, HDMI cables, or Ethernet cables
- If you received a prepaid shipping label or return kit from AT&T, follow the instructions to pack and ship the equipment accordingly
In summary, the easiest way is to bring your AT&T equipment and account number to a FedEx Office or UPS Store, where they will handle packing and shipping at no cost to you. Alternatively, you can return it at an AT&T store near you
