Zac Efron's parents are David Efron and Starla Baskett. David Efron is an electrical engineer who worked at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, and Starla Baskett was an administrative assistant who also worked at the same power plant. They met while working there but separated in 2016. Zac grew up in Arroyo Grande, California, with his parents and siblings.
