Pete Carroll is the head coach for the Las Vegas Raiders in the National Football League (NFL) as of 2025. He signed a three-year deal to lead the Raiders starting from the 2025 season, becoming the oldest head coach in NFL history at age 74. Carroll previously had a successful coaching tenure with the Seattle Seahawks and has also coached at USC and other NFL teams.
