Cheryl Hines is an American actress and comedian best known for her role as Cheryl David on the HBO sitcom "Curb Your Enthusiasm" (2000–2024), for which she earned two Primetime Emmy Award nominations. She has also starred in other TV shows like "Suburgatory" and directed the film "Serious Moonlight." Born on September 21, 1965, in Miami Beach, Florida, she grew up in Tallahassee and studied theater and television production before becoming known for her improv comedy skills, notably developed at the Groundlings Theater. Hines is married to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the current U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services.
