Ellen Greenberg was an American schoolteacher found dead in her Philadelphia apartment in January 2011 with around 20 stab wounds. Despite the large number of wounds, including to her back and neck, her death was officially ruled a suicide by the Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office.
