Jack White is an American musician born on July 9, 1975, in Detroit, Michigan. He gained international fame as the guitarist and lead singer of the rock duo The White Stripes, active from 1997 to 2011. White is also known for his work as the guitarist and vocalist for The Raconteurs and as the drummer and vocalist for The Dead Weather.
