Radhika Merchant is an Indian classical dancer and businesswoman who is part of the pharmaceutical company Encore Healthcare's board of directors. She is the daughter of Viren Merchant, CEO of Encore Healthcare, and Shaila Merchant, a company director. Radhika is married to Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani. She has a background in political science from New York University and has worked in marketing roles at Encore Healthcare. Additionally, she is a trained classical dancer with eight years of Bharatnatyam training.
