Johnson Health Tech acquired BowFlex in 2024 after BowFlex filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, purchasing it for $37.5 million. The acquisition also included the Schwinn Fitness and JRNY digital fitness platform brands, which now complement Johnson Health Tech's existing retail portfolio.
