Stan, the Australian subscription streaming service, is owned by Nine Entertainment Co. Holdings Limited. Initially, Stan was a joint venture between Nine Entertainment and Fairfax Media, but after Nine Entertainment's acquisition of Fairfax Media in 2018, Stan became a wholly owned subsidiary of Nine Digital, part of Nine Entertainment.
