Carlos Alberto Manzo Rodríguez was a Mexican politician who served in the Chamber of Deputies (2021–2024) for the Morena party and was elected municipal president of Uruapan, Michoacán in 2024 as an independent. He became widely known for his hardline stance against organized crime and his vocal criticisms of cartel activity.
