Digga D, a UK drill rapper whose real name is Rhys Herbert, went to jail because he was convicted of supplying and importing cannabis. He was arrested in February 2024 while livestreaming on Instagram, and subsequently pleaded guilty to charges related to the importation and supply of about 45 kilograms of cannabis. In January 2025, he was sentenced to three years and eleven months in prison for these offenses. The court was satisfied that he had been in possession of over 50 kilograms of cannabis and had sold at least 45 kilograms for profit. Prior to this, he had multiple previous convictions and legal issues. His sentence requires him to serve half the time in custody.
