Liver King, whose real name is Brian Johnson, was arrested and jailed in Austin, Texas, for making terroristic threats against podcaster Joe Rogan. Johnson posted multiple videos on Instagram challenging Rogan to a fight, despite having no martial arts training, threatening him publicly, and traveling to Austin while continuing these threatening statements. The police obtained an arrest warrant based on Rogan's perception of the posts as threatening, and Johnson was charged with a Class B misdemeanor for making terroristic threats.
