Mark Feehily is not currently performing with Westlife because he has been dealing with significant health issues. He underwent surgery to treat a hernia and was also treated for sepsis during the Covid lockdown in 2020. Due to ongoing health challenges and on doctors' advice, Mark temporarily stepped back from all Westlife touring to focus on recovering fully. He officially announced his temporary hiatus in early 2024 and has missed several tours and anniversary shows since then. His bandmates have expressed support and hope for his full recovery and eventual return to performing with the group. As of October 2025, fans are hopeful but there has been no official confirmation of his return yet.
