• Right to Documentation: You can request and review records related to hazardous chemicals, including the employer’s written hazard communication program, chemical inventory lists, exposure records, and training documentation

• Protection Against Retaliation: The law protects you from retaliation if you exercise your rights, such as asking for information or reporting unsafe conditions

• Complaint and Reporting Rights: You can file complaints with regulatory agencies like OSHA if your employer fails to comply with the Right to Know requirements, and those agencies will investigate and enforce compliance

These rights ensure you are informed, trained, and protected regarding chemical hazards in your workplace, helping you maintain safety and health on the job
