To redeem EcoCash points, you dial 151 7*7# on your phone and follow the prompts to convert your points into airtime. Points can only be redeemed in blocks of 100 points, which equals 50 cents worth of airtime. This process sometimes requires repeating the redemption for multiple blocks if you have a large number of points to redeem. Note that the points currently redeem only for airtime, not mobile data. Make sure you have accumulated at least 100 points to be able to redeem them.
