Katy Perry reached over 100 kilometers (about 62 miles) above Earth during a suborbital spaceflight with Blue Origin, crossing the internationally recognized boundary of space known as the Kármán line. The flight lasted approximately 11 minutes, during which Perry experienced a brief period of weightlessness lasting about 4 minutes. This made her one of the few entertainers to have traveled to the edge of space and the first artist to sing in space during that flight.
