To change your email signature in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps depending on your Outlook version:
For Classic Outlook on Windows
- Open Outlook and start a new email message.
- On the Message menu, select Signature > Signatures.
- Under Select signature to edit , choose the signature you want to change or click New to create a new one.
