ToyotaCare is a maintenance plan that comes with every new Toyota vehicle purchased or leased from a Toyota dealership. It is a no-cost maintenance plan that covers normal factory scheduled maintenance for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. The plan includes maintenance reminders, engine oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, inspect and adjust fluid levels, Toyota Genuine Parts, and Toyota-trained technicians. ToyotaCare also provides 24-hour roadside assistance services for two years, which includes emergency fuel delivery, tire services, lockout protection, towing, and winching.

ToyotaCare is designed to provide peace of mind to Toyota owners by ensuring that their vehicles maintenance is taken care of by Toyota. The plan is included with the purchase or lease of any Toyota vehicle, whether it is a car, truck, SUV, or hybrid. Toyota will also open a file for the owner, where all the vehicles maintenance services will be recorded.

It is important to note that ToyotaCare only covers routine maintenance and roadside assistance services. It does not cover the vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown, which is what the limited factory warranty is for. Additionally, ToyotaCares roadside assistance benefits are only available to drivers in the continental U.S. and Alaska.

If an owner is ineligible for ToyotaCare or ToyotaCare Plus, Toyota also offers Toyota Service Care, which is a comprehensive prepaid maintenance plan that includes roadside assistance and lasts for two years and unlimited miles. This plan can be purchased for any Toyota regardless of whether it is eligible for a ToyotaCare plan or not.
