Back to the Future Part II is set in the year 2015. In the movie, Marty McFly travels to the future on October 21, 2015. While the movie made some accurate predictions about the future, such as flat-screen TVs and video conferencing, it also got many things wrong, such as the existence of hoverboards and flying cars.
