Lucy and Tim officially start dating in The Rookie in Season 5, Episode 9, titled "Take Back." This is the episode where Tim asks Lucy out on a date after breaking up with his previous girlfriend, Ashley. Although they shared their first kiss earlier in Season 4's finale, they didn't start their relationship until this episode in Season 5.
