The 2025 Nobel Prizes have been awarded in six categories with the following laureates:
- Physics: John M. Martinis, John Clarke, and Michel Devoret for the discovery of macroscopic quantum mechanical tunneling and energy quantization in an electric circuit.
- Chemistry: Omar M. Yaghi, Susumu Kitagawa, and Richard Robson for the development of metal–organic frameworks.
- Physiology or Medicine: Mary E. Brunkow, Fred Ramsdell, and Shimon Sakaguchi for their discoveries concerning peripheral immune tolerance.
- Literature: László Krasznahorkai for his compelling and visionary oeuvre that reaffirms the power of art amidst apocalyptic terror.
- Peace: María Corina Machado for her tireless work promoting democratic rights in Venezuela and her struggle for a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.
- Economic Sciences: To be decided on October 13, 2025.
