T-Mobile Protection<360> is a comprehensive protection plan for mobile devices that covers accidental damage, hardware service (mechanical breakdown), loss, and theft. It gives access to both an insurance plan and a service contract plan, including Apple Care Service for eligible Apple devices. The plan is not required to activate service with T-Mobile, but without protection, you may be responsible for the full replacement cost of your device if it is accidentally damaged, lost, stolen, or suffers a mechanical breakdown. The monthly cost of the plan ranges from $7 to $25 per device depending on the device tier.

Protection<360> also includes additional benefits such as unlimited broken or defective screen protector replacements, McAfee Security for T-Mobile, and access to the Protection<360> app by Assurant. The app allows users to file and track claims, view plan and deductible information, find useful tips tailored to their specific device, and access live support for all of their connected devices.

Customers can file a claim online at mytmoclaim.com, through the Protection<360> app by Assurant, or by calling 1-866-866-6285. For loss/theft claims, customers may need to call. To enroll in Protection<360>, customers can select the device and add the plan in their T-Mobile account.
