It also includes menorrhagia, which is an abnormally heavy or prolonged bleeding, and/or abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) before experiencing menopause.

• Pain in the pelvis: Lower abdominal pain or cramping in the pelvis, just below the belly, can be a symptom of uterine cancer.

• Vaginal discharge: Thin white or clear vaginal discharge, especially if youre postmenopausal, can be a symptom of uterine cancer.

• Weight loss: Unexplained weight loss can be a symptom of uterine cancer.

Its important to note that these symptoms can also be caused by other conditions, and some women with uterine cancer may not experience any symptoms at all. If you experience any of these symptoms, especially if you have already gone through menopause, you should see your doctor right away.
